What does an architect actually do? 
We are an architectural studio, and we design buildings. We develop ideas for spaces after considering the user's requirements, lifestyle, and the site surrounding. We then turn these ideas into visuals for you to see how your spaces will look like. We generate detailed drawings for construction and collaborate with the contractor and other vendors until the project is executed and ready for handover. 

Why should we pay additional charges to hire an architect instead of getting it done by a contractor? 


What services do you offer? 
Our services include Home Expansion, Home Renovation, Architectural Design, Interior Design and Furniture Design. We are also interested to explore other fields of design if you have us in mind for an interesting project.  

I want to design my house. At what point in my project should I involve you? 
You should ideally consult and update us as soon as you decide to buy a plot. We can then help you choose the best site for you. We could help you to make important pre-design decisions and evaluate the potential sites. Involving us early in the process can help you avoid costly missteps, and increase the likelihood of your satisfaction with the project. 

What is my role in the design process? 
We will depend on you to communicate about your design preferences, functional requirements and budget. Your timely response to design decisions will help keep the project on track. 

Do you work outside Mumbai? 
We work PAN India.

What if I am not sure on what I want? 
Do not worry, we can figure your likes, dislikes, tastes and lifestyle during our initial meetings. This will make your house unique to you.
