Dhool’s projects are in the realm of quiet luxury for private homes, vacation retreats and interior design. Our projects are located in Mumbai, Pune, Karjat, Pawna, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh.

Neethi’s formative years in Abu Dhabi exposed her to the work of Jean Nouvel, Zaha Hadid, and Norman Foster; architects known for their dramatic, futuristic, and emotionally charged spaces. Their bold interventions left a lasting impression, shaping her sensitivity toward immersive and expressive architecture. After moving to India, she worked with a renowned Goa-based studio on boutique hospitality projects, before partnering with Huzefa to start Dhool.
While Huzefa, raised in a family of merchants, was drawn early to the idea of entrepreneurship. Right after graduating in Mumbai, he dove into the field, learning on-site, experimenting, and gradually building a grounded, intuitive understanding of how design meets execution.
The two began collaborating on a few projects, and quickly realized they worked like yin and yang. Their synergy gave birth to Dhool—an architectural practice where contrast fuels creativity.
Together, they balance structure with play, precision with boldness—crafting work that feels both grounded and evocative.
