We are a team of designers and problem solvers based out of Navi Mumbai, Seawoods, creating buildings, spaces, master-plans and infrastructure for vacation rentals. With no signature style, and leading from human experience, our motivation is to design soulful and interesting places which embrace and celebrate the complexities of the context of the vacation rental.

We are here to bring back the function of emotion in Vacation Experiences. The ability of a building to mean something to us. To lift our spirits, to connect us. Because buildings do affect us. We walk around them, in them and look at them. And for a vast majority of us, they leave us feeling indifferent. We want to change that.

Architectural Design
2019

With houses abutting all three sides. Aangan is designed around a court (aangan). Being the only source of light and ventilation for the innermost area of the house, The court (aangan) creates a dialogue between the private and semi private space.

Interior Design
2021

Located in a small historical town enveloped with tightly packed residences with a lot of historical details, shadows, bumps and lumps, this residence is designed to reflect the vibrant quality of its neighbourhood.

Designed for a young family of 4, this residence reflects the young and dynamic personality of the family with a tinge of Islamic cultural reference.
